To my lovely followers.

I’m taking a long break from Tumblr (if not already noticed… I just wanted to officially say it) I have too much going on in my life right now, and I need to get myself back on track before I can continue to help others. I am determined to be where I need to be by the end of the month, and hopefully at that time I shall return. It’s understandable if you unfollow me… I know some of you (used) to really follow my blog. But I don’t even really feel worthy to “inspire” any of you with what I’ve done to myself. I also am not giving out my progress photobucket password anymore. If you really need to reach me or ask me something, I will give out one of my emails to do so. Please make it on a necessary only basis though. No “What did you eat on abc/what is fasting/you need mental help/what are your stats/etc/any questions I have answered a billion times” questions. Most of the questions Are repeats, so it’s most likely somewhere in my blog. I am really sorry to all the people who really followed me on here. I just need some me time to get myself back… I hope you understand, and I wish everyone here the best of luck in accomplishing whatever goals you have for yourselves. I know each and every one of you Can do it.

Hmm… Well the toothbrush thing always worked for me, and I did hear drinking a warm glass of water with salt in it works but I guess not in your case… There are a few other tricks to it, but I can’t really recall at the moment. Try standing up and bending the upper half of your body down instead of being on your knees. I suggest googling it, that’s how I found some ways. Just remember it is dangerous and unhealthy, but your choice :P

Yes I did, though I should have more.

What’s ok is what is okay to you. If you’re asking can you subtract the outtake of calories from your intake of food and say you stayed under, no you can’t.  It’s very good to burn off as much calories as possible, but it is still considered going over the limit.

I wrote on here, no where else. I always keep track of my intake. I use the “Lose It!” app on my ipod touch. Keeping track is very helpful and keeps you accountable and motivated. I should have exercised more than I did, so I highly reccommend you do better than I have in that area :p

Thank you! Some people are saying I’m lying about stats or that I edited the pictures… It’s funny because I have picture updates throughout the entire process, all very unedited. :p I see you asked another question more recently which I will get to soon, I promise!

I mainly followed the ABC diet’s daily calorie intake maximum but usually tried to stay under that as much as possible, and I added a lot of extra fasting days. Yes, exercise is seriously important trust me!

I am very much better, and sadly I let go and gained almost 10 pounds… I’ve lost most of it by now, but my inability to exercise or move around my stomach is still really poochy =/ Hopefully I can get rid of it by the end of the week. Thanks for the support!

Aww, thanks for the prayers and candle, they worked! I’m doing much better. :) I think they’re only slightly related… But not a problem for anyone else. I wouldn’t have had this issue if it was just my eating habits. It was mainly hereditary, and the gallstones had secretly been forming for quite some time. What I think activated it was coming off abc and having that week of awful binging on bad foods. So unless it’s in your family no one else should worry about that :)

I never had any risk factors other than heredity, like you, so nobody was really expecting it. That being said, I wanted to send you my get-wells from somebody who's been there. You'll feel so much better with your gallbladder out, you won't even believe it. It's like somebody switches a light on in your head and you feel great.

Wow, that’s not a good percentage! I’m sorry for the late reply, but I really appreciate the message :) It’s not often you find another person so young who’s had to go through that like you and I have.  I really do feel SO much better. Still in the recovery stage but I’ll be there soon. Thanks a bunch!

You definitely could get where you want to be and stop, but I suggest waiting until you’re maybe around 2-5 pounds lighter than your UGW because you most likely will gain some of it back considering your body would be used to very low-cal restricting, then the sudden change it will take everything it can from the next week of food you eat after. So also try and slowly move your intake up, don’t just stop. You gotta ween yourself off of it :P


ABC Diet Round 2 Day 6 - 200 calories

Today went good, but it could have gone much better… Though I’ve been depressed so I kinda said fuckitall :/ I did stay Around my limit though, which is good…

Lunch: 2cups popcorn - 30

Dinner: 2cups popcorn - 30 4 chocolate rice cakes - 30

Snack (I shouldnt have, but ugh i was weak): 2 graham crackers (purged) - 118

Total: 208/200

So I probably shouldnt be purging while I’m still recovering from surgery, but I’m so desparate to get rid of what I so obviously gained (i look like a pot bellied pig I swear) and I havent been able to exercise in two weeks, still can’t now… Sooo, I kind of have to to keep from gaining :/ My metabolism is crap so I can eat 500cal and gain more than a pound >_< Anyways, tomorrow they’re taking the staples out of my stomach finally, and hopefully soon I’ll be relieved from pain enough to exercise! And I’m pretty happy about the past two days, I’ve done good staying on track with low cal and not binging. It’s been very difficult though I do admit. But it’s worth it.


ABC Diet Round 2 Day 5 (Feb 6) - 100 calories

I stayed under! But I did break the promise to myself only to eat fruits/veggies today… I wouldnt have, but we were out of grapes! So I had a few nibbles from some other things…

Small gala apple - 55 3 baked Tostitos - 26 4 Potato straws - 14

Total: 94/100


Okay, I can’t answer anymore asks tonight but I WILL tomorrow!
